Dinners

Wednesday - chicken on a kaiser, multigrain tortilla chips
Thursday - lemon chicken bowtie pasta with broccoli, bread, apple crumble
Friday - yoga class, something out afterwards (maybe Korean BBQ, so lean grilled meats, rice, kimchi)
Saturday - dinner party @ friend's house. Red wine, I am bringing bread (likely baguette with balsamic/parmesan dip) and salad (romaine with lemon juice, olive oil & salt), not sure what else we're having
Sunday - broiled salmon, asparagus, basmati rice
Monday - starting diet. Lean grilled meat (likely pork chop) and salad
Tuesday - chicken fajita salad
